Our standard practice class. Expect a 50 minute, full-body, workout that targets all parts of the body. Designed to flow seamlessly from one movement to the next to keep your heart rate up and your body working up a sweat!
Get comfortable with all of the features of the M3 Megaformer in this class tailored to new clients. Learn proper postural alignment and common modifications in order to properly perform our method safely and effectively. Strongly recommended for new clients before advancing to our M3 Fusion classes.
M3: UPPER BODY
Using the patented Megaformer, this class uses the Lagree Method to target the upper body and abs to shred, strengthen and tone – your posture and core will love you!
M3: LOWER BODY
This advanced class focuses on the lower body and abs, giving you a high-intensity, low-impact strength and conditioning class to lengthen and tone those legs!
